Cinematic Art Choir
The ‘Cinematic Art Choir’ is directed by David De Geest and consists of a group of trained singers, most of them studying in Brussels as a student or old-student from David De Geest’s choral classes. They practice singing, voice training, study instrumental classes or specialize in drama. Also, individual students from David participate in the chorus by selection. The ‘Cinematic Art Choir’ combines several musical styles, specializing in Music for Film. For the Titanic-live concert series, 40 young women join the stage to form the female chorus in Rockhal Luxembourg and Lanxess Arena Cologne. Many of them participated in other big productions such as Hans Zimmer’s Gladiator live conducted by Justin Freer (2014), and Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana conducted by David De Geest (2015).
